If you came through on April 28th, you found that the sophomore Upchuck Gallery show did anything but slump.  The gallery, now outfitted with a mural, included an outdoor display as well as almost 100 new pieces.  Among the sea of people, numerous paintings found themselves new homes, one of which found a gift card in a lucky recipient’s hand.  This show brought the generosity of a few local entities to provide a lucky winner some local enjoyment.  Hidden behind 5 pieces were  upchuck gallery logos, the symbol of a blissful win.  You did hear correctly though, there are others that went unclaimed.

The show also fostered the union of art lover with artist as a lucky fan got to meet the creator of a piece that put a glisten in her eye.  This lucky attendee took home  a magnificent art piece and with it, the autograph of the responsible artist.

If you were among the unfortunate to miss this event, be sure to clear your calendar once the next is announced.  You never know what will roll out next time.
